Maybe you should create like new ranks like
Sniper master, pistol master, and so on
so we will konw who can train who

instead of having masters or anything like that, you can be good at many weapons, I can snipe, but Im also good with pistol, and what other weapons would there be??
Be better to have split teams like Alpha Beta Charlie each with a task or such and a clan ladder with ranks or like Leutinant Captain and such.
