Well learing from my mistakes in my Clan i can tell you that as long as u are without a dedicated server u wont be able to practice togeather as often. Do some recruting cuts also. Be mean and really strict if it comes to recruting if you won't u might recruit ppl like Vicious or who ever is there. Make policy once you join and than u quit there is no coming back.
Guys learn 3 strategies for CTF on BG without hevies. When ever u kw just use those 3 and you pawn in no time. Look at my clan we started with 4 losses against noobs basicly but than we decided on 3 strategies for CTF and 4 for Slayer we only use those.Look at kw ranking first page Rank 23 H` HaVoK clan. I must say one of them was ~ScA~Amils one .
